Mod: Connected Glass

In the new Connected Glass mod, the development of a new type of glass in the form of separate blocks has been made. With this add-on, you get the ability to remove frames inside blocks. This feature has long been implemented by the creators of add-ons using ordinary textures, removing unnecessary elements. But then the appearance of the glass was lost, and it was also impossible to combine them. You can get new blocks if you go to the inventory or you can craft them. Types of glass differ in colors.

No commands like /give @p command are required as the development is fully automated. All glass blocks connect themselves without any intervention in the console.

How to get a

/function get_glass_pane - the command is needed to get glass in Minecraft when using the console. Also, to get glasses, use crafting or creative inventory.

wand use

With the help of a wand, you can turn off, turn on the connection of blocks. Interact with it to change the behavior of the glass panels.

Using scripts

Glass panels can be connected to any solid blocks if the option with scripts is activated. Using the scriptless option, glass blocks can only be connected to certain types of solid panels.

Add-on features

The mod has flaws:

• Glass does not interact with the lighthouse.
• The display of glass on top and bottom of blocks does not work.
• Please note that if the glass is curved, it will not display a dot on the surface.
